4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Service uses automated artificial intelligence systems to generate interview questions, feedback, recommendations, and scoring.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies or incomplete information
• AI responses do not constitute professional, legal, or career advice
• AI feedback does not guarantee employment success

ApeSapien makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or usefulness of AI-generated outputs.

5. User Accounts

Certain features of the Service require you to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information.

You are responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• all activity that occurs under your account
• promptly notifying us of any unauthorized account access

ApeSapien reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

6. User Content

Users may upload or submit content including but not limited to:

• resumes
• job descriptions
• interview answers
• profile information

By submitting content to the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• you have the legal right to upload the content
• the content does not violate applicable laws
• the content does not infringe on the rights of third parties

You remain solely responsible for the content you upload.

7. License to Process Uploaded Content

By uploading or submitting content to the Service, you grant ApeSapien a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, analyze, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and providing the Service.

8. Personal Information in Uploaded Documents

Documents such as resumes may contain personal information including names, phone numbers, email addresses, employment history, or other identifying data.

By uploading such documents, you acknowledge and agree that:

• you are voluntarily submitting this information
• you have the legal right to share such information
• the Service may process the content to generate analysis and feedback

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. ApeSapien does not store full payment card information.

Unless otherwise required by law, payments are non-refundable once services have been provided.

12. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.

ApeSapien does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may temporarily affect service availability.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

ApeSapien does not guarantee any specific results from use of the Service.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ApeSapien shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

This includes but is not limited to:

• loss of employment opportunities
• reliance on AI-generated feedback
• loss of uploaded data
• service interruptions

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

15. Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, technology, branding, and platform content associated with the Service remain the exclusive property of ApeSapien.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or reproduce any part of the Service without prior written permission.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by applicable law.

You agree to waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

17. Termination

ApeSapien reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if a user violates these Terms or misuses the platform.

18. Force Majeure
